Diving Experience with an Incredible Company

Excellent experience diving with this company. The instructors were very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me and my son. We really enjoyed both the diving and snorkeling. Would do it again with this company on our next visit to Costa Rica.

Great first experience

My wife and I took this discovery course. Instructors were thorough and safe and described everything in easy to understand language. We are both going for an open water certification now and that is a testament to the experience they carefully craft for participants.

My Tica wife and I spend every summer in Costa Rica but have done all our diving in Osa.

This year we decided to also rent a place for a while in Flamingo, and only found out about the amazing diving around Islas Catalinas by accident.

From the get go , Phil, the owner, could not have been more helpful, accommodating and informative.

We went diving every day with Alvaro during our stay.

He was professional, helpful, patient (with my always nervous wife,) and and was as fun as could be.

He and Cappy, who dove with us a couple times, found me oodles of cool stuff to photograph.

All the crew and other instructors were great. Always helpful, and always fun!

Can't wait to return next year to finally get licensed and to maybe dive with the bull sharks off Bat Island.

Also had exceptional whale experiences on our rides out to the dive sites and back.

Outstanding Trip!

We had a family of eight and had an absolute blast. The team was patient, knowledgeable and super fun. We had novice divers and snorkelers from age 10 to 43 and everyone had a great trip. I can't recommend SDCR enough. Phil's email correspondence was flawless and Franco's dive instruction inspired confidence. The location was also fantastic. We saw tons of sea life from Turtles and Whales on the ride out to White Tip Reef Sharks and much other fish in the Classicos around the Catalina Islands. A perfect day of diving...we will be back.
