First half was ATV tour of a bunch of beaches including some very secluded ones which was really cool. Second half was the zip line tour which was also a great time.

My expectations were blown out of the water! such a great day all thanks to this experience. The Host came to pick us up in the morning which is nice because transportation around costa rica is a bit difficult to plan. He drove us to our beginning locations where we had a tour of the local areas on ATV, which felt safe and easy to use. After that we were driven to go zip lining and to visit an animal sanctuary. The staff was incredibly kind and we tipped everyone at the end because we felt so welcome and at home.

Jeffrey and his brother were outstanding!! Our group of 15 (4 families - adults, older teens, and kids) just completed two days of excursions with his company. One day we did the ATV Beach and Mountain tour and went zip lining later that day. Then the next day, we went to a waterfall and later went whitewater tubing. On both days the private bus transportation was perfect and the driver friendly - even provided sodas, water, and beers. All the activities were fun and our families had a blast. We wouldn't have changed anything!

Communication was outstanding. Any email or text I sent to Jeffrey was answered quickly. Honestly, I don't think I have ever seen another company with better communication. If I sent an email, it was literally answered within the hour.

The one major highlight I want to share about our experience was the help that Jeffrey provided. During our river tubing excursion, my iPhone, which was in a waterproof phone case around my neck, somehow got unhooked from my lanyard and ended up somewhere in the middle of the jungle in a Costa Rica river! (Friendly advice - even though you may think your phone or other items are safe to take on a rapid, keep them on the bus!)

I knew that my phone was gone for good since this was a river rapid. When I got back to the US, I used the find my iPhone app just to see if I could see it, and surprisingly found the exact location in the river. I figured let me just send the location to Jeffrey to see if he could help, not really expecting anyone to find it. A few days later, somehow a diver found the phone!! Jeffrey paid the diver, drove to his house and picked up the iPhone, and then shipped it back to me in the US!

I would have highly recommended using Jeffrey and ATV Beach Tours, but after going above and beyond with helping get my iPhone back to me, I now would say you HAVE to book with him if you are in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica for an excursion.

Jeffrey was the best!! He made sure we got to each of our tours. The zip lining was so much fun and the photographer is amazing. He made sure everything was perfect!! And the ATV ride was awesome. I hadn’t ridden a 4-wheeler. The guide was so sweet in taking his time to make sure I was comfortable. The scenery was amazing. It was fun riding on the beaches!! I highly recommend this tour. Again…Jeffrey was awesome!!!

We got this recommendation from our cousin that visited previously so we decided to book. So glad we did! The tour was amazing. We did the atv tour first and we were picked up from our Airbnb. The tour showed us so many different parts we were unable to see and the views were awesome! After that we were driven to the zip lining tour. We had a great time here and the guides were great. Do yourself a favor and book!!
