A fantastic wildlife experience!

We saw endless wildlife in this reserve - from birds (both at the feeding station and around the gardens) to sloths, to butterflies in the butterfly house. Add in also all the beautiful plants and it made this tour worth every cent of the entry price. Highly recommended.

Actually, my partner and I rented a room in Ecocentre Danaus. It is possible to stay in one of their rooms, which is an amazing chance to spend a wonderful time among pure nature. It's definitely better than staying in a hotel. We were surrounded by marvelous tropical trees. We fell asleep to the birds singing and the mornings began with a clear volcano view. We didn't take a tour with a guide, but we walked through the centre on our own and we were surprised to see so many plants, animals and butterflies.
Also, the nicest people work there. They're extremely pleasant. They will tell you fascinating stories about the eco-center and its inhabitants. I would definitely come back to learn about nature and to meet people❤️

Ein kleiner, aber feiner Park. :) Die Tiere sind hier nicht eingezäunt und können sich frei bewegen, was uns gut gefiel. Wir konnten einige Tiere entdecken.

Heel leuk park, wat met veel liefde wordt onderhouden. In het park vind je veel verschillende dieren. Zo hebben wij veel verschillende vogels, 2 grote knaagdieren, een kaaiman, 3 luiaarden, verschillende vlinders en kikkers gespot. Sommige dieren hebben wij zelf gespot en andere werden aangewezen door een gids die met een andere groep was. In het park vind je echt de ontspanning en ben je even weg van het massatoerisme. Het park is niet groot maar wij hebben ons er meer dan 3 uur vermaakt.

Tot slot zijn de medewerkers super behulpzaam. Toen we naar de receptie liepen werd ons nog gevraagd hoe we het ervaren hadden. We zeiden dat we het super vonden, maar dat we het nog wel jammer vonden dat we geen kikkers hadden gespot. De medewerkers liepen met ons mee en na kort zoeken hadden we ze gevonden.
Ook tijdens ons bezoek kwamen we af en toe een gids tegen en deze vertelde met trots wat hun gezien hadden.

Ik zou deze activiteit 100% aanbevelen.

Los empleados son muy amables. Hemos hecho una vuelta sin ver nada. Un empleado nos ha propuesto de hacer la vuelta otra vez con él, y nos ha enseñado diferentes especies a pesar de la lluvia (perezosos, mariposa búho, armadillo, pájaros, murciélagos, basislico etc.) Nos ha explicado mucho sobre los animales. Muchas gracias a él!
Es muy agradable caminar por este parque salvaje y colorido
