Surfing lessons with Alejandro's Surf School, you are guaranteed a great time.
A private surf lesson from Alejandro in the beautiful waves of Manuel Antonio Beach. The lesson begins with dry instruction in the sand and shortly after you will start practicing in the water.

Alejandro has over 15 years of experience teaching surf and guarantees that all his students will stand up on the surfboard.

Young and old, we make sure everybody has a good time.
We include chairs, an umbrella, water, and fruits. The whole family will experience an unforgettable beach day.

Make sure to have fun with our boogie boards or keep on practicing with the surfboard once the lesson is over.

Manuel Antonio beach offers the best views, and since it is located next to Manuel Antonio national park, monkeys often pass by.

Great instructors, very kind and helpful, great material. Drinks and fruit included, afterwards we played a game of soccer on the beach. Costa Ricans against the Dutch! We had a great time!

Great lesson. The instructors were wonderful and had lots of good pointers. We each had our own instructor in the water. Super super nice and encouraging. Beautiful spot. They provided pineapple and water after the lesson and we stayed and used their boogie boards and were given chairs and umbrella for the day. Only grievance would be that the description said a 3 hour lesson and our lesson was a little over an hour.

Our family took lessons with Alejandro's team. We enjoyed a beautiful beach and got some lessons in surfing. I was pretty awful but his crew was patient, kind, and supportive and kept me going. I would do it all over again

Hands-on, 1-on-1 training! First time surfing for our teen/young adult kids!

Alejandro and his team were great. It started with him ensuring that we had a good (and free) parking spot. Then he taught the basics on the beach to all three of our kids (14, 19 and 22). From there he and two of his team (one instructor for each kid) provided hands-on training right there in the water, helping them to position their boards, giving their board a boost to help them catch the wave and giving regular advice. Our kids were surfing in no time. After the lesson our family spend another couple of hours just hanging out on the beach as Alejandro's guests (using his lounge chairs, rash guards and boogie boards). It was a great experience. Highly recommend!
