Roasted heart of palm salad
A light salad prepared with freshly grilled hearts of palm, lettuce, tomato, cabbage and mixed with crispy plantains.

peasant tenderloin
Juicy cut of tenderloin, served with fried yucca, ripe plantain and Creole salad.

Chicken in Caribbean sauce
Exquisite wood-fired chicken combined with a delicious homemade Caribbean sauce and accompanied with cassava puree, plantains and vegetables.

Baked pork rib
One of the house specialties, pork ribs baked in a wood-fired oven, patacones, salad and sweet plantains.
